About InColor Concepts
InColor Concepts is a leading jewelry supplier working directly with major U.S. retailers, including Sam’s Club, Amazon, and JCPenney. With 20+ years in the industry, we specialize in providing trend-driven, high-quality, and affordable jewelry — powered by smart design, market data, and cutting-edge operational tools.
We’re currently hiring a Market Research Analyst to support our sales, logistics, and product teams through data-driven strategy, research, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research

Analyze sales trends and product performance across retail channels

Monitor competitor activity and assist in strategic planning

Prepare reports using spreadsheets and reporting tools

Support sales and marketing teams with research and insights
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical Management, Business Analytics, or a related business degree with substantial coursework in business analytics

One (1) year of experience in marketing, social media management, wholesale and retail operations, e-commerce, or marketing analytics

Proficiency in CRM analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL
-
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot

Marketing experience on social media platforms

Ability to create spreadsheets and build data analytics dashboards in Excel

Familiarity with WiseChoice Software
-
Experience presenting data and strategic insights to cross-functional teams
